Thursday, November 15th, 2007I would love to here what someone else thinks about these: Would it be beneficial to serious look into combining multiple charges (full and part time) into regional churches with multiple campuses with multiple staff. This would increase accountablity, creativity, and maximization of gifts. What do you think? ...
