Epiphany - Equipping Parents of Active Children.
April 1, 2008 – 4:58 amWhat children aren’t active? So, this might apply to every family, but here is the idea. This might sound overly simplistic, but last night I woke up at about 2:00am with this idea - to equip parents with interactive devotions for active children by having a gathering time to run through the devotional activities for the week, as well as answer questions, offer encouragement and gather feedback. There are resources out there, but most of the resources are text-based - the difference would be interactive, small group that would equip families by teach (week-by-week) a non-text based, interactive devotion time for families.
Have you seen anything similar or tried anything like this in a church?
