Coffee

I have gone over the edge with coffee. I started about 15 years ago. Introduced to Starbucks and Peete’s Coffee, I began to search for the perfect cup. It started with expensive coffee, then I discovered the whole bean versions, then I came to understand Fair Trade and Organic so got away from Starbuck and Peete’s, then came the grind-and-brew coffee machines, and now I am over the edge and roasting green beans at home.

Anyway, I want to log the different beans that I have roasted and possibly comment on them. Just about all of them are Fair Trade and Organic.
